域名过户后微信拦截风控不会自动重置。微信风控判定结合域名历史违规记录、关联违规行为等维度，过户仅变更域名注册主体，域名本身的违规痕迹仍会被微信风控系统留存。
若需解除拦截，需新主体向微信提交合规证明（如域名合法使用资质、主体营业执照、网站合规内容说明等）发起申诉，经微信审核确认当前主体及域名使用合规后，才可能解除风控拦截。若域名历史违规情节严重（如多次涉诈骗、黄赌毒等），即便过户也较难直接解除风控。
域名转入注册商无法解除微信拦截限制。
微信拦截的判定依据是域名关联内容违规、被用户举报、域名存在不良历史记录等，与域名所属注册商无关。更换注册商仅变更域名管理主体，不会改变域名本身的违规标记或微信的拦截规则。
若要解除拦截，需通过微信官方申诉渠道（如微信公众平台安全中心、微信域名检测平台）提交申诉，根据具体拦截原因提供合规证明、整改说明等材料，经微信审核通过后方可解除限制。
